BOROUGH OF FOUNTAIN HILL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES  June 17,2020 7:00 PM  Due to Governor Tom Wolf's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency Disaster Declaration on March 6, 2020, a virtual/remote public Council Meeting was held via phone/zoom. The remote participation option for residents was provided on the Borough's website (wwy.fountainhillorg. Remotely participating Council members were: Ms. Jordan, Ms. Johnson, Mr. Rufe, Mr. Trotter, Mr. Atkinson, Mr. Trabel, Ms. Halleman and Mayor Gifford. Also, remotely participating were Anthony Branco (Borough Manager), Cordula Voges (Finance Director), Wayne Hochwarter  (Sergeant), and guests. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR  Mr. Mike Spencer at 1035 Jeter Ave had received a copy of the draft Resolution 2020-29 establishing asocial media policy for the Borough from Council: member, Mr. Rufe, and objected Mr. Justin Pietkiewicz, former Fountain Hill resident, inquired about the opening of the Playground tot thej public. Council agreed that a Borough social media presence is favorable to disseminate information to residents. Council consented not to vote on the current draft Resolution 2020-29, but ask Council members tos submit any further: revisionsi in writing tol Mr, Branco and the Solicitor.  ADJOURNMENT  At 7:30 PM the Zoom meeting was "Zoom bombed" and totally disrupted by strangers intruding ont thei meeting withj profanities andj pomographcimages. Council President adjourned thei meeting  immediately.
