BOROUGH OF FOUNTAIN HILL COUNCIL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES December 19,2018 7P.M. Council members present were: Mr. Atkinson, Mr. Blatt, Mr. Trotter, Mr. Trabel, and Ms. Halleman. Council President Rapp and Ms. Jordan, Anthony Branco (Executive Administrator), Council Vice-President Blatt called the meeting to order and asked for everyone to rise for the Mr. Blatt asked Council to review the following draft minutes and submit any corrections to Ms. Cordula Voges (Finance Officer) were absent Pledge to the Flag. Voges; Minutes of November 8, 2018 Council Budget Meeting Minutes ofl November 21, 2018 Council Budget Meeting Minutes of December 3, 2018 Council Meeting PRESENTATIONS) The Mayor announced a Mayoral Proclamation to honor Lawrence E. Rapp for the many years ofs service to the Borough and its various organizations. The Proclamation was read to the audience. The Mayor announced that she would hand deliver the Proclamation to Mr. Rapp atl his home. Mr. Trotter reminded the Mayor that Mrs. Rapp had some concerns regardingvisitors. The Mayorindicated that she would follow any guidelines ofMrs. Rapp. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR - Discussion on Agenda Items MOTIONS The handicap space sought by Ms. Deena Jones, 1014 Cherokee St., was brought up. Mr. Blatt indicated that the approvals were all obtained and that the Police Chiefhad given oral approval. After some discussion, it was moved by Mr. Trabel and seconded by Mr. Trotter that the application be approved. Ms. Halleman commented that the Borough made a mistake in obtaining the property and that it should have been sold to a developer to be placed back on the tax roll. COUNCIL ACTION -I none.
