General Fund Fire Department Library Services 8.63 mills (Municipal government operations) 0.08 mills (Debt payment on fire apparatus) 0.40 mills (Provision ofI Library services) Total 9.11 mills These taxes are to bel levied on all properties in the Borough subject to taxation for Borough purposes. GENERAL REPEALER All Ordinances or parts of ordinances, especially Ordinance #839, and all resolutions or part ofr resolutions, inconsistent herewith shall be and are herewith repealed. SEVERABILITY The provisions oft this Ordinance are severable. Ifany provision, sentence, clause, phrase, section or part thereofshall for any reason be found unconstitutional, illegal, orinvalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality, orinvalidity shall: not effect or impair any ofthe remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, phrases, sections, or parts thereof, but the same shall remain in effect. BOROUGH OFI FOUNTAINHILL, CHAPTER 18, SEWERS AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL, PART 2, RATES AND CHARGES, SECTION 210, COLLECTION OF SEWER RENTS, SUBSECTION B, PARAGRAPH 2, DELINQUENT RENTALS, SUBPARAGRAPH (d), MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS, AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS RELATING TOI PAYMENT PLANS. WHEREAS, the Borough of Fountain Hill wishes to amend Chapter 18, Part 2, Section 210, Subsection B, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (d), oft the Codified Ordinances oft the Borough of Fountain Hill regarding payment plans associated with delinquent sewer rentals; WHEREAS, the Borough of Fountain Hill wishes to allow payment plans for delinquent rentals WHEREAS, the Borough of Fountain Hill has determined that it is in its best interests of the NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY ENACTED and ORDAINED by the Borough Council of Chapter 18, Part 2, Section 210, Subsection B, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (d) oft the Code of the equal to or greater than $1,000.00, as more fully set forth in this Ordinance; and residents oft thel Borough of] Fountain Hill to adopt such an ordinance. the Borough of Fountain Hill: Borough ofFountain Hill shall be amended in its entirety as follows: (d) The monthly payment plans shall be completed as follows: (i) If the total amount of delinquent rentals is less than $500.00, the property owner may enter into a repayment plan not to exceed ninety (90) days, with a minimum monthly payment equal to the total amount outstanding (ii) Ifthe total amount ofdelinquent rentals is equal to or greater than $500.00 but less than $1,000.00, the property owner may enter into a repayment plan not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days, with a minimum monthly payment equal to the total amount outstanding divided by four (iii) Ift the total amount of delinquent rentals is equal to or greater than $1,000.00, the property owner may enter into a repayment plan not to exceed onel hundred eighty (180) days, with ai minimum monthly payment equal tot the total amount outstanding divided by six (6). divided by three (3). Mr. Branco informed Council that St. Luke's will be donating $25,000 to the Lechauweki Springs Park. They have requested a naming opportunity. Staff has recommended naming the walking trail after the hospital. Mr. Branco will notify the hospital and notify Council on the outcome. G. Health & Sanitation (Halleman, Jordan, Trabel) Ms. Halleman read the October 2018 collections for Sewer and Garbage fees. H.
