CENTER ST FRACKVILLE PA. 17931 ETT 51609 TOPICS FOR DISCUSSIONA AND POSSIBLE, ACTIONS UPONAPPROVAL Distribution of occupancy permit letters has been completed. Inj preparation for thei influx of mail and correspondence, I am going to set up a filing system on my desk to alleviate thel burden from the secretaries. Also, while discussing thei idea with Brenda, the possibility of having a dedicated extension for code enforcement so calls can be forwarded to my desk or remotely would be a huge benefit. Due to the impending increasei in registrations and the need to effectively track the location and whoi is occupying them, Is strongly urge further discussion for aj program to do so. The codification of Ordinances. Ifthis has been budgeted and approved I will start thel lengthy process. Completion of the comparison of rental properties to trash delinquencies. Located 50 addresses for potential action upon approval. My recommendation, if not already done, is to add an amendment to an existing ordinance blocking any owner that has outstanding municipal bills from obtaining a permit P've been tasked with filing an admin. warrant in Reilly Township. Ihave worked with Judge Rossi and Attorney Reiley on thei required aspects and proper filing procedures, in case the need arises. 434S.I Lehigh Ave. has been issued a new violation stressing the urgency ofi inspection oft the inside, getting a structural engineer to asses thel building and the need for him to communicate with the demolition contractor oft the connected property. Due to lack of responseIwill be posting the document to thej property and citations willl be filed by the end of the week. Iwould like toi issue an extension of all health department certificates for 90-120 days while we move forward with reinstating the process from its COVID-19 Moratorium, many if not all the certificates are expired, and some businesses have additional requirements they need to meet with other state agencies. To avoid any undue hardship, It think this extension is warranted. The D.O.A. representative Iwould also like to discuss distribution of] payment. (work, business, occupancy,) until satisfying thel bill. confirmed my authority to do so with Councils approval RESPECTFULLY NICKI HAZLETT C.B.O.
