LIMITSOF WHEREAS, Foxburg Borough has determined that iti is in the best interest of the Borough to make certain changes and amendments to its Vendor Permit Ordinance, Ordinance #1-2005. being WHEREAS, Foxburg Borough desires to Amend Ordinance #1-2005 to provide for setting of fee each year at the annual meeting for the issuance of vendor permits. NOW THEREFORE BEI IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF FOXBURG AND ITI IS HEREBY ENACTED AND ORDAINED: The following Section oft the Foxburg Borough Vendor Permit Ordinance shall be revoked, the repealed, and amended as follows: 1.
