EAST LANSDOWNE 4TH OF JULY COMMITTEE  Dear Friends & Neighbors:  We are very busy preparing for our 103-d July 4th parade celebration. Please join us for opening ceremonies on Wednesday, July 4thoutside of Borough Hall, located at Lexington & Emerson Avenues. The raising of our Flag and singing of our National Anthem will begin at 11:30am, followed by a few short speeches and presentations. This will be a great opportunity for you to come out and The Parade will begin at 12:30pm. If you can ride a decorated bike, push a patriotic baby stroller, have an antique car; or can put a float together, we encourage you to participate in your Parade. Aregistration form is enclosed for your convenience. Please complete & return your registration form to the Borough Office, located at 155 Lexington Ave.  honor our country, meet neighbors, and say hello to old friends.  Prizes will be awarded, but you must register to be eligible.  The deadline to register is July 27d  After the Parade, please join us at the Borough Hall for hot dogs, beverages, and other treats. You'll Your donations are the backbone of our July 4th Celebration. A block collector will be stopping by to pick up your donation envelopes & to provide you with tickets for Flags & Ice Cream. Ifwe miss you, please drop your envelope off at the Borough Office. If possible, send their picture along with a wonderful message by way of our Ad Book. The Ad Book serves as a great contributor to our Annual Community Parade.  also enjoy the music of a 5 piece String Band.  and we will have someone pick up your contribution.
