This would allow the ex-officio to vote in the event if the Planning Planner, Brandon Boldgya and Town Treasurer, Michelle Ramos. Commission vote ends in a tie. Institutional Signage Ordinance was summarized by Town Planner, Brandon Boldgya. This Ordinance would better clarify institutional signs in town. Public Comments: Susan McCarrick, Meadowridge resident noted that Canada Hill Road was discussed att the workshop. She would like to know what is going on. May Hinkle noted that Council could challenge it or de-annex it. Town Attorney believes one thing and their attorney another. This will be a joint agreement on what is ori isn't correct. Mrs. McCarrick said that people are upset about itbecause there is an accident waiting to happen. She also talked about the sidewalks. Martin McCarrick, Meadowridge resident was also upset that Canada Hill was on the workshop. Something needs to be done. This is urgent and needs to be worked on and resolved. This was previously talked about at the workshop.. A discussion was held on challenging it, or de-annex it. Kristin noted that Motion was made to defend it by Councimember Dan Long and second by Councimember Mayor Hinkle asked if any in the audience wanted to speak about this matter. Martin McCarrick, Meadowridge resident noted that there is lack of clarity. People are uninformed. You need to let the citizens know why you defend it.
