Council Member Nyhuis informed that he'll survey the lake. There was discussion on 2249 Lazy Lane being utilized as an Air BnB. Discussion on building inspection process at 40 NE: 24th Street not being followed correctly was had. Council Member Grenell feels the Council should be informed of permitted work being done in the Village. Council consensus to appoint a liaison to contact the County on code issues. 5.4. Discussion of concerns regarding short-term rentals Discussion on developing and implementing a process to regulate short-term rentals that complies with State laws in the Village. 6.
