Persons Wishing to Address Council - 3Minute Limit- Virginia Ackerman 45024 Robinwood Circle Callahan, FL. 32011-a addressed some potential code violations and turned Rachel Roberts- 45292. Arline Road Callahan, FL. 32011- Resigned from the Volunteer Fire Department and voiced her conçerns about the Volunteer Fire Department. Ms. Roberts Bass in pictures. also provided her statement in letter format to the Town Clerk. V. Presentation Mayor Knagge- presented Mr. Mellecker with a plaque for his 12 years of service to the Town of Callahan. Sherri Mitchell- Nassau County Economic Development Board- 76346 Williams Burgess Blvd. Yulee, FL. 32097- Sherri gave an update on the county overview and the mission and vision of the Nassau County Economic Development Board. Jari Edwards- Introduce his foundation the Kay Raulerson Project. Mr. Edwards wants to provide all students andi teachers with school supplies that will last the entire school year for each student and teacher VI. Business: West Nassau Swim Team Mr. Whaley asked the council for a donation to support the expenses oft the swim team. Consensus from the council was made and a Resolution will be on the next agenda. West Nassau Historical Society Mr. Hendricks spoke about the upcoming Christmas Parade and asked the council fora donation of $2300.00 and provided the council with a breakdown of expenses. Consensus from the council was made and a Resolution will be on the next agenda. Sewer Adjustment Conners Service Center A motion to adjust $275.14 fromi the bill by! Mrs. Fleming and 2nd by Mr. Davis Discussion: None Motion Carried Mrs. Gugliuzza called roll Site Plan Review for the MOB Tabled Fire Chief Position Mr. Bass held interviews for the Volunteer Fire Chief and has a recommendation for the Volunteer Fire Chief- Chris Wood.
