DR 23-85 & DR 24-47 AT 1395 BEDFORD ROAD FOR A 1,099 SQUARE-FOOT ONE-STORY ADDITION WITH AN ASSOCIATED TREE REMOVAL AND A WHOLE-HOUSE WINDOW REPLACEMENT (HALLET) Assistant Planner Sevag Sassounian presented the staff report. The following person(s) provided comment: Kamen Lai (Applicant) Suzanne Torgeson (Resident) Vice Chair Cheng moved, seconded by Committee Member Lakon, to approve Design Review Case Nos. DR 23-85 & DR 24-47 with the added conditions: (I) The applicant must submit detailed photographs of the existing window, door, shutter, window sill, jamb, andl head details to assist in the future Planning inspection and ensure that the new addition, upon completion, matches these elements as closely as possible; (2) Given the scale of the addition and remodeling project, the applicant must comply with all city requirements related to fencing, tree protection, pool safety, trash handling, and any other regulations sO as to prevent any inconvenience or hazards to the general public; (3) The requirements outlined in the arborist report will bei incorporated as part of the approval.
