Direct staff to return March 26, 2024, at the City Council's regularly scheduled public meeting, with an updated Development Services Cost of Services based on1 the completed Study by Matrix Consulting Group and recommended deviations as contained at1 the end  of this report.  Nick Zornes, Development Services Director, presented the report. The following members of the public spoke regarding the item:  Jon Baer Lois Baer Phoebe Bressack  The City Council provided direction to staff regarding the item. No motion taken.
