Present were:  Michelle Flynn, Chair Bill Martin, Vice Chair David Cox, Member Marie Durrer, Member Dale Herring, Member Patti Vogt, Deputy Clerk  Staff present:  RE: CLOSED MEETING Board approved the following: Meeting the following matter(s):  Upon motion by Dale Herring, second by Marie Durrer and unanimous roll call vote, the WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Greene County desires to discuss in Closed Interviews of] prospective candidates for employment as the County Administrator WHEREAS, pursuant to $2.2-3711 (A)(1) of the Code of Virginia, such discussions may NOW,THEREFORE, BEITI RESOLVED that thel Board of Supervisors of Greene County  occur in Closed Meeting.  does hereby authorize discussions oft the aforestated matters in Closed Meeting.
