Garton, Interim County Administrator  RE: OPEN MEETING RE: CLOSED MEETING Meeting the following matter(s):  The meeting was called to order at 12:00 p.m.  WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Greene County desires to discuss in Closed Discussion, consideration, or interviews of prospective candidates for employment, assignment, appointment, promotion, pertormance, demotion, salaries, disciplining, or resignation of specific public officers, appointees, or employees of any public body specifically concerning the county administrator position and the process of filling that WHEREAS, pursuant to: 2.2-3711(A)() of the Code of Virginia, such discussions may NOW, THEREFORE, BE: ITI RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of Greene County Upon motion by Davis Lamb, second by Marie Durrer and unanimous roll call vote, the  position.  occur in Closed Meeting;  does hereby authorize discussion of the aforestated matters in Closed Meeting.
