Sibold, Jr. with all members present as follows: Mayor Sibold, Vice Mayor David S. Crosier, Councilman Claiborne "C.J."E Entsminger, The purpose ofs said meeting was the appointment ofar new City Manager for the City of Covington andt to authorize the Mayor to sign thea agreement between the Council for the Cityof Upon ai motion by Mr. Tucker, seconded by Mr. Hunter, Council voted 5 to Ot to appoint Krystal Onaitis ast the new City Manager for the City of Covington and to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement between the City ofCovington andl Ms. Onaitis. Mayor Sibold, FOR; Vice Mayor Crosier, FOR; Councilman Entsminger, FOR; Councilman Hunter, FOR; and Att this time, upon ai motion by) Vice Mayor Crosier, seconded by Mr. Hunter, Council voted 5to Oto addt tot the agenda, approval ofr resolution ofs support for thel Drone. Zone Grant. Upon a motion by Vice Mayor Crosier, seconded by Mr. Hunter, Council voted 5t to Oto approve Resolutionl R-19-49 regarding support for application to thel Regional Commission for funding of Unmanned.
