Sibold, Jr. with the following members present: Mayor Sibold, Vice Mayor David S. Crosier, Councilman Raymond C. Hunter Councilman S. Allan Tucker. Councilman Claiborne "C.J." Entsminger, Jr. was absent. and City Manager: Krystal Onaitis City Attorney: Mark Popovich The purpose of the meeting: (1) To holdaP Public) Hearing to consider an ordinance entitled "Ordinance tol Designate an Economic Development. Area Undera a Joint Economic Development and Growth Sharing Agreement"; (2)1 To consider first reading of Ordinance 0-19-11 regarding Designation of Economic Development Area Under a. Joint Economic Development and Growth Sharing Agreement; (3) To consider Appropriation: Resolution R-19-61 regarding' Wal-Mart Al Public Hearing was held to consider an Ordinance entitled "Ordinance to) Designate an Economic Development Area Under a. Joint Economic Development and Growth-Sharing Agreement was opened for comments. There were no comments heard from the citizens present. Following discussion, a motion was made by Vice Mayor Crosier, seconded by Mr." Tucker, to approve, on first reading, Ordinance 0-19-11 regarding Designation of] Economic Development Area Under a Joint Economic Development and Growth-Sharing.
