Lecky Andi Smith  Staff Kate Schwartz Ellie Dauernheim  Chair Moss called the Architectural Review Board meeting to order at! 5:29 p.m.  OPENING REMARKS Board.  Chair Moss determined that a quorum of 5 members was present and asked if public notice requirements had been met. Ms. Schwartz confirmed that they had and a copy oft the notice had been provided to the  APPROVAL OF AGENDA  Vice Chair Ross motioned to approve the agenda as written. Ms. Irvin seconded and the motion carried 4-  0. None. None. DISCUSSION  DISCLOSURE OF EXI PARTE COMMUNICATIONS DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST  A. Site Visit to 240 Charles Street for COA2405-0058  Will Dickinson was present and provided an overview for the Board. The Board toured the property and discussed the conditions of the windows and doors. The Board requested additional materials fori the. July gtmeetingi including the Window Assessment Evaluations sheet. They requested that the applicant specify door replacements and asked if the applicant could possibly retain some oft the windows. The application  will bei included on the. July 8 public hearing agenda for continued consideration.
