Jackson Street from South Byrd Avenue to South Lee Street that will include the following: 1,200 feet ofi new sidewalk on both sides ofJ Jackson Street from Byrd to Lee New pedestrian crosswalks across the north and south portions ofl Byrd, Stewart, and Drainage improvements along Jackson, North and South Lee, North and South Stewart, and North and South Byrd, including ditch improvements with rock lining, four drop inlets to prevent water from running across. Jackson Street, and the construction of1 1,600 feet of drainage pipe along the railroad tracks to prevent water  including newj pavement.
