Locust Street, Covington, Ther meeting was called to order by Mayor Thomas H. Sibold, Jr. with the following members present: Mayor Sibold, Vice Mayor David S. Crosier, Councilman Raymond C. Hunter and Councilman S. Allan" Tucker. City Manager: Krystal Onaitis City Attorney: Mark Popovich Thej purpose of the meeting was to conduct ihterviews with candidates for appointment to Covington City Council for District I. This appointment was duet to thej passing of Councilman Claiborne "C.J." Entsminger, Jr. and by law, must be made within aj period of45 days. Mayor Sibold requested that Vice Mayor Crosier ask each candidate the interview questions The following individuals had: submitted their interest in serving District I: Lance Carson; Eddie Joe Entsminger; Robert Short; and Alan Hicks. Mr. Hicks notified Council that he would need Each candidate was asked toi introduce themselves and tell Council why they wished to be considered for the vacant seat for District. I. They were also asked about things they have done as 3UCH, provided by Council.
