Locust Street, The meeting was called to order by Mayor Thomas H. Sibold, Jr. with the following members present: Mayor Sibold, Vice Mayor David S. Crosier, Councilman Raymond C. AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Upon a motion by Vice Mayor Crosier, seconded by Mr. Tucker, Council voted to approve the following minutes as presented: Work Session of! March 3, 2020; Called Meeting ofMarch 10, 2020; Regular Meeting ofl March 10, 2020 and Called Meeting ofl March: 20, 2020. Following ai roll call vote of Council, Council voted to appoint Mr. Edmond' "Eddie. Joe" Entsminger toi fill thel DistrictIC Council Seat. This appointment willl begini immediately upon taking the Oath of Office and endingl December 31,2020. Reported on the incident that had occurred at 301 E. Prospect Street. 2. Updated Council regarding the COVID-191 Task Force. Also spoke ofs special acknowledgement for staff called" "Thankful Thursdays". 3. Noted budget efforts and the steps being taken due to shortfall ofi revenue. Mayor Sibold, For, Vice Mayor Crosier, For; Mr. City Manager Onaitis presented an explanation regarding Resolution R-20-09 requesting return ofu unexpended funds from Covington City School Board for use due to COVID-19. The funds requested would be the funds remaining after essential functions oft the School System were addressed. Following discussion, ai motion was made by Vice Mayor Crosier, seconded by Mr. Tucker, to approve Resolution R-20-09 requesting return of unexpended funds from the Covington School Board.
