MINUTES CALLED. MEETING FEBRUARY26,2019 Virginia.  A called meeting oft the Council fort the City of Covington was held on' Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers ofCity Hall located at: 333 W. Locust Street, Covington, Thei meeting was called to order by Mayor Thomas H. Sibold, Jr. with all members present as follows: Mayor Sibold, Vice Mayor David S. Crosier, Councilman C. J.E Entsminger, Jr., Councilman Raymond C. Hunter and Councilman S. Allan' Tucker.  Interim City Manager: Clay Goodman City Attorney: Mark Popovich Richard Douglas.  The purpose of the meeting was to authorize the Mayor to sign the severance package for Mr. Following information; presented! by City Attorney Popovich, a motion was made by' Vice Mayor Crosier, seconded by Mr. Tucker, to approve the severance package and authorizel Mayor Sibold  to sign the severance agreement with Mr. Richard Douglas.
