IEPS. 3. FINANCIALS- FY'24: County Budget for CSA Services: $2,300,000 State Allocations: (total State Alocations:S1.755.022) -Medicaid Match: Only completed thru FY23 -CSA Wrap-Around. Allocation: $29,175 FY24 Supplement #1 ($1,248,462.75) 4. ADMINSTRATIVEITEMS: Expenditures & Encumbrances (updated 3/26/24) $ $ 2,912,851.86 $ 7,260.75 -CSA: Services Allocation: $1,710,173 mandated & $15,674 prot/non-mand. -PSSF FY24: $18,000 SVcs & $715 Mthly CW Visits/Staff ($715 transferred to BL855) > O(beginning of newf fiscal year) a) Belinda Farnham presented the Children's Services Monthly Report for May 2024 (copies available upon request). b) Belinda Farnham let the team know that Deborah Pryor was approved byt the Board of Supervisors to bet the new Private Provider Rep. On the CPMT. Belinda let the team know that she sent Deborah all information to included training, Powhatan's policy manual and the code ofe ethics form to be signed. Belinda provided the team with an c) Belinda Farnham let the team know that she spoke with Scott and Preetha on. June 5th. Scott verified that Powhatan Counties children were. not showing up under any other localities, and that there were not any reports from Medicaid. d) Belinda Farnham shared with the team surveys that the CS Unit had received. The team inquired how the surveys were shared, and Belinda explained that the provider and the FAPT receives a report oft the survey, but at times the providers do not respond. Belinda also mentioned that the CS Unit retains a copy oft the survey with the provider. updated roster to include Deborah Pryor. Deborah's term will begin on 7/1/2024. 1 e) Belinda Farnham reminded the team of the new Transfer Policy that would be in effect on 7/1/24, and that the 30 day nol longerapplies to Private day students that the day the student resides in a new county is the day that the services f) Belinda Farnham went over training opportunities fori the CPMT that were available on the Virginia Learning Center as g) Belinda Farnham had emailed the CPMT Policies 4.3, 4.5.2 and the VDSS Parental Child Safety Program information for The financial and administrative items were reviewed and on a motion by Tracy King and seconded by Meghan Carroll, all Alli items presented and/or amended and approved will change full local policy/procedures and/or by-laws as necessary. 5. LaWanda Dunn moved that CPMT certify in accordance withi the Code OfVA2 2.2-3712(D); during the Closed Session only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements oft the Freedom of Information Act and only such public business matters as were identified in the motion for the Closed Session were discussed.
