Invocation: Reverend Tommy Shepherd, Stuart Church of Living Water The Board recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag led by Steve Marshall followed by a moment of silence in honor of U.S. military serving here and abroad as  well as public safety personnel. Jonathan Wood proposed that the bid be awarded to a business within Patrick On a motion by Jane Fulk to the lowest bidder, McKinney Heating and Air  County instead of the lowest bid.
