DETERMINE PRESENCE OF A QUORUM Stakeholder Emily Bourdon, with the Virginia Department of Health, introduced the new RRHD Environmental Health Manager, Vy' Truong, who was formally the Food Supervisor for the Chairman Whitman and Vice-Chairman Weakley reviewed the purpose of the Development District. Pre-application Meeting Request Form Updates The County Administrator mentioned at the previous meeting there was discussion regarding the pre-application form. The Committee decided to review the application forms and submit suggested changes. Supervisor Yowell was the only person who submitted changes. There was further discussion regarding the pre-application forms and process. After further discussion, the following changes and discussion were made: Decided not to associate a: fee with the submittal ofaj pre-application form. The Development Committee will not discuss Site Plans, only Special Use Permits and Rezoning Applications. o - Site Plans are as secondary step. The applicants, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, received a notice of violation for operating a business. Thea applicants, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, are trying to resolve the notice of violation.
