Chairman Carpenter determined there was a quorum and the first order of business was to adopt the Asac quorum was established thei following members were present, Chairman Steve Carpenter, Vice-Chairman Pete Elliott, Commissioners Nathan Cowan, Jim Smith, Zack Whitman, and Mike Snider. Commissioner James Graves III was absent.
