MEETING - MINUTES a 7:00PM  150001 Washington Street, Suite1 100  Haymarket, VA2 20169 Council Chambers  AF Regular Meeting of the Architectural Review Board of the Town of Haymarket, VA, was held this  evening in the Council Chambers, commencing at 7:00 PM. Vice Chairman Benjamin Barben called the meeting to order.  .Call to Order  Chairperson Marchant Schneider: Absent, Commissioner Robert Hallet: Present, Board Member Chuck Mason: Present, Vice Chairman Benjamin Barben: Present, Board Member Joannal Mason: Present.  II.F Pledge of Allegiance II. Citizens Time IV. Minute Approval  Vice Chairman Ben Barben invited everyone to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.  There were no citizens present at this meeting.  1. Architectural Review Board Regular Meeting Mar 20, 20247:00 PM Commissioner Hallet. Motion approved unanimously.  Board Member Chuck Mason made a motion to approve the March 20, 2024 minutes. Agenda Items  1.ZP 2024-0401 Siding Replacement 14750 Jordan Lane  Rogelio Aviles-Martinez and Isabel Madrigal, applicants- Addition of siding to exterior of 14750 Town Planner Thomas Britt gave a report on the application for the addition of siding. Mr. Britt shared in 2023 we approved a grading plan for ar rear addition oft the home and with that rear addition came new build out applications just to remodel the home and deciding the siding is the next step which is the application before the ARB today. Application and physical materials were reviewed byt the Board. There were three options provided by the applicant. Town Planner suggests the applicant coordinate with town staff to select which color option to use. Vice Chairman Barben moved to approve COA Zoning Permit 2024-0401 for the addition of the siding at 14750 Jordan Lane with the condition that the applicant select one of the three siding options presented to town staff. Old Business  Town Planner provided old business updates. The dentist office application we reviewed two months ago started putting up their signs. All prior applications are running smoothly and conditions are being met on Town Planner shared we continue to get more tenants ini the Crossroads Village Center spaces. They are all following guidelines that are given within the master plan or have complied with reminder letters. Town Planner willl bring up the historic district map ini the next month for review. Currently the historic district is the entire corporate limits of the Town, and we are reducing the limits given the current needs of the Commissioner Hallet reported there are no updates. There is no meeting in April as there is nothing on Town Planner shared a few updates from Chairman Schneider. Town Staff is drafting an RFP for the architectural recommendations created by Mr. Barben. Budget is being discussed and should be passed int the coming months. Trash survey is being circulated among residents. There were further updates. Commissioner Hallet moved to adjourn, seconded by Board Member Chuck Mason. Motion  our end. VII. New Business  Town.
