Pomeroy 1. Call meeting toorder. Chair McBride called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. 2. Citizen comments not related to an agenda item. None. 3. Consider the Minutes of October 10, 2018 meeting. Commissioner Villalobos moved to approve the October 10, 2018, minutes. Commissioner 4. SUP-18-13. Hold a PUBLIC HEARING and consider a request by Thomas T. Pomeroy for a Specific Use Permit to allow a Mixed-Use Building on Lot 5-A, Block 22, oft the Original Town of Lockhart, consisting of approximately 0.063-acre zoned CCB Commercial Central Business Mr. Gibson explained that the applicant proposes a dwelling unit on the second floor of the subject property. The first floor has an approved specific use permit for a bar and special events facility called Lockhart Arts and Craft. Off-street parking is not required in the CCB Commercial Central Business District. He reported that there were no objections or other inquiries received from the public, and that staff recommends approval of the specific use Chair McBride opened the public hearing and asked the applicant to come forward.
