The City Street Department Workers cleaned up the trash, but when he was Mayor, they told him that they would not have the Street Department clean up properties. Mr.Slaby stated that he went up to the location and determined thatit was a publicl health issue, and that was why the Street Department went up and cleaned up the garbage, and he would do the same for others, and we will bill the property owner.
