CALLTOORDER-5 9:34AM  Mayor Tollefson called the meeting to order at 9:34 AMi in the Planning Conference Room of City Hall. Mayor Tollefson, Deputy Mayor Peltier, and Councimembers Roth and Blossom were present. Kitsap County Commissioners Garrido and Gelder participated by conference call.  2. PUBLIC HEARING Planning 9:42 AM  A. Nickum and Carlson Applications for the Current Use Open Space Program, AB 17-067- Senior Planner Sutton provided an overview oft the Nickum and Carlson applications.  Mayor Tollefson opened the public hearing at 9:42. AM. There was no public comment. Mayor - Tollefson MOTION: Imove to approve the Nickum and Carlson Applications fori the Current Use Open Space  closed the public hearing at 9:44 AM.  Program.
