LOCATION: ALAMO COMMUNITY CENTER Patricia Woodard (Zoom), and Thomas Lott IN ATTENDANCE: Mayor Pamela Lee, Bobby Cox, Dondrea Geter (Zoom), Steve. Jones, Harry Lewis, EXECUTIVE SESSION (employee matters) = started executive session 5:30 pm. Woodard would take minutes from Executive session. No votes were taken during executive session. Approve Minutes from 12/20 Regular monthly meeting Woodard made the motion to approve adding under the 2022 Council Meetings that the January meeting change from 1/17 to 1/18 needed to be added because it was also voted on, Lewis 2nd, unanimously approved. 4. Approve Agenda - Floyd added Court Clerk Salary (#16),Judge Salary (#17) and Parking at Old Recl Dept (#18). Geter made the motion to approve the agenda with 5. Financial Reports = reports attached. Admin Fee Ordinance - it was presented during December meeting and is ok to adopt. Lott made the motion to adopt the ordinance, Jones 2nd, unanimously 7. Adopt Parade Ordinance amendments - copy ofamended ordinance is attached. The following were amended: 1 - impose a $50 admin fee (currently $25), 2- parade hours will be 6-8 during summer months and 6-6 during winter months and, 3 - any churches that are given away food are exempt from the admin fee. PUBLICPARTICIPATION: Sandra Brown - addressed the messy yards on her street. Tammy Hammond - asked about the Alamo Pride (Yard of the Month) signs. When will they get put out? Also, she addressed the concern of the dogs not being taken care of during the cold days/nights and being tied up all day/night.
