Call Meeting to Order-I Lee called to order @ 6:00 pm. 2. Invocation - Jeff Floyd Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approve. Agenda - Brownley needed to add Leadline Survey (#8). Woodard made a motion to approve the agenda with addition, Jones, unanimously approved. OLD BUSINESS 4. Limbs & Leaves - will be suspended until further notice until it can figured out where 5. Engraved Brick Project-Brownly has found a company that can come and engrave while in walls. Brownley made a motion to accept the project, Woodard 2nd, unanimously they can be taken to. approved. NEW BUSINESS 6. Splash Pad - the funds from the grant have ran out and there is need of a little more: funds to do the sitting area at the splash pad and work on the nature trail. Woodard made a motion to transfer $17,500 from the ARP account to the ESP account to finish, Geter 2nd, 7. Change Order #3 (New City Hall) - The roof on the back section of the building needs to be repaired and it wasn'to on the original blueprints to do. Jones has proposed a possible solution, so Brownley has made a motion for. Jeff and Jones to meet with Pro Construction with the suggestions, Woodard 2nd, unanimously approved. unanimously approved. 8. Leadline Survey = this is a requirement by EPD, and the city has been approved to receive a $58,000 grant to pay for the survey. Brownley is recommending using Tindall since wel know their work. The survey consists of, ift there are any old pipes within the city that have not been replace, they will bet tested to make sure they don'tcontain any lead. Iflead is found, the pipe will have to be replaced.
