LOCATION: ALAMO COMMUNITY CENTER  IN ATTENDANCE: Mayor Pamela Lee, Bobby Cox, Dondrea Geter, Steve. Jones, and Patricia Woodard  (Zoom) ABSENT: Harry Lewis  Called to order by Mayor Lee at 6:00 pm. 1. Invocation - Jeffrey Floyd 2. Pledge of Allegiance  3. Approve. Agenda - Geter made motion to accept, Jones 2nd, unanimously approved.  OLD BUSINESS  4. Old Rec. Dept. Update = Geter has been doing the research on who can do a splashpad, gazebo w/ table, and grill. Geter believes that there needs to be different phases sO can work on it little at ai time and nothing is overlooked. Floyd stated that is has already been advertised in paper and Facebook about taking bids for the renovations oft the rec department. Geter has got quotes on the different items from one company and will send out. Geter believes that at the next meeting the council needs to go ahead and vote on what area to start working on first and Floyd stated that as long asi it's not over $100,000 the city will not have Meeting adjourned at 6:37 PM with Lewis making the motion, Lott 2nd, unanimously approved.  to advertise for bids for quotes.
