LOCATION: ALAMO COMMUNITY CENTER  IN ATTENDANCE: Mayor Pamela Lee, Bobby Cox, Dondrea Geter, Steve Jones, Harry Lewis, Patricia  Woodard, and Thomas Lott 1. Invocation - Jeffrey Floyd 2. Pledge of Allegiance  EXECUTIVE SESSION (employee matters) - started executive session 5:30 pm.  Woodard would take minutes from Executive session. No votes were taken during executive session. 3. Called to order by Mayor Lee at 6:00 pm. 4. Financial Reports = reports attached  5. Approve Minutes from 9/20 regular meeting & 10/14 Called meeting - Woodard made the motion to approve the 9/201 regular meeting minutes, Geter 2nd, unanimously approved. Jones made the motion to approve the 9/13 called meeting minutes, Cox 2nd, unanimously 6. Approve Agenda - Floyd asked to add Bond & Sinking Fund CD (#18) and Geter would like to add Rec. Dept. Recommendations from the Administrative Committee - Travel Guidelines for the City of Alamo was presented during Sept. meeting and needs to be presented twice before approval. NEW) BUSINESS  12. Water/Sewer Upgrades - there are: some repairs that need to be made at the WWTP. Also, Cox stated that the well houses need to be repaired. Floyd can have quotes for the repairs 13. New Water Meters - have a quote from Fortiline for new meters but will advertise for 2 weeks to see ifmore bids come it. Will open during November meeting. ChiefZ Zanders addressed the council about changing 2022 Court dates to every other month instead of every quarter. Having court every quarter slows the process of getting someone. Driver license suspended for not showing for court. Lott made a motion to change court from every quarter to every other 18. Bond and Sinking Fund CD-a CD is up: for renewal at WCSB and would like to move that $ from the CD to the Bond & Sinking Fund Savings account. Woodard made the motion, Lott 19. Rec. Dept. Update - Geter announced that the grant has been approved for the city to receive. PUBLICPARTICIPATION:  Johnny Moore - addressed homeless people in Alamo. Council addressed Moore and stated that the city can't do anything to them unless they are committing a crime. ChiefZ Zanders has been helping the individual, but states he is refusing any kind ofhelp. Mayorl Lee suggested for Moore to get with the family and see if  they will help him.
