Approve Agenda - Brownley made the motion to approve the agenda, Woodard 2nd,  unanimously approved. OLD BUSINESS  5. Heart of Georgia ESP Grant -1 there is $50,000 that the Heart of Georgia is charging for overseeing the new grant. It can come out of the grant ift the budget is amended, but how can itcome out of the budget ifit has not been approved? Brownley wants Floyd to get with Hert of Georgia and get them to come to the next council meeting so the council can ask 6. ESP Basketball Court - will honor Charles Carter this year and use survey monkey to choose someone different every year after. Geter made a motion to approve, Cox 2nd,  question, Woodard 2nd, unanimously approved.  unanimously approved. NEW) BUSINESS  7. New CH & PD Security - have quote from ADT, but still need more quotes. Brownley made a motion for more quotes before choosing Villegas 2nd, unanimously approved. 8.
