Woodard expressed that int the past the city may not have really cared about the rec. department and ift the city now will: show some concern, she believes the citizens/people will take care oft the new when put down there. There willl be 24/7 surveillance there to help withithe issues. Woodard believes 5200,000/5100,000 city would be enough to get started and since it will bet family oriented, she believes the city should noti interfere with what the other rec. department. So, she would like to see a small: splash pad, some pavilions/shelters with grills and tables, nature trail, parking lot done, surveillance cameras especially, and restroom renovations.
