CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND  SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER12,2 2017 MEETING MINUTES  I. CALLTOORDER  Mayor Tollefson called the special City Council meeting to order at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers. Mayor Tollefson, Deputy Mayor Blossom, and Councilmembers Scott, Roth and Peltier were present.  Councilmember Townsend was absent and excused.  2. EXECUTIVE SESSION  Council adjourned to the Planning Conference Room to consider with legal counsel the selection ofas site ort the acquisition ofr real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration  would cause a likelihood ofincreased price pursuant to RCW/4230.110(0).  3.
