Agenda Item #4  MOTION TO APPROVE Franchise Agreement between the City of Adairsville and' Waste Pro of Georgia as the provider of Solid Waste Residential and Commercial Collections Services with the City of Adairsville for a five-year period beginning July 1, 2024. MOTION TO APPROVE Update to the City of Adairsville's Personnel Policy.  Agenda Item #5 Agenda Item # 6  A. MOTION TO NOTE FOR THE RECORD the Adairsville Pleasant Valley Sidewalk Project was awarded to Preston Poured Walls in the amount of $44,790.00. B. MOTION TO NOTE FOR THE RECORD the Railroad Street Sidewalk Project was awarded to Preston Poured Walls in the amount of $46,650.00. C. MOTION TO NOTE FOR THE RECORD the Hall Station (King Street to George Street) Sidewalk Project was awarded to Hovarth Construction in the amount of D. MOTION TO NOTE FOR THE RECORD the Hall Station (George Street to 140) Sidewalk Project was awarded to Hovarth Construction in the amount of  $46,727.00. $48,493.00.
