Staff/Department Reports:  Chief Mike Jones - Police Department Caleb Martin - Public Works Director Jody Maffetone- I.T. Director Jordan Redd - Finance Director Pam Madison - City Manager  Brady Hammonds- Community Development Director Autumn Lester - Events and Marketing Director  Approve Agenda  Councimember Holcomb made motion to approve agenda  City Manager Pam Madison advised the Council that she has an amendment to agenda item #10. She said Jody Maffetone was able to get the quotes needed for the roof repair and 102 Public Square, therefore Mrs. Madison asked the Council to change the agenda to ask for a vote at Thursday's Council Meeting. Mayor Carson called for a vote to approve the change in agenda item #10. Agenda Item #9  MOTION TO AUTHORIZE City Manager to enter into a Development Agreement with Pacific Group in relation to The Bluffs at Manning Mill for all off-site improvements. MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement with. Atlantic Roofing Inc. for a new roof at the City owned facility at 102 Public Square in an amount not to exceed $32,800.00.
