AF Proclamation was made to recognize the Adairsville High School Wrestling Team  for State Level Competitions. MOTION TO ADOPT February 8, 2024, Council Meeting  Agenda Item #2: 2nd Reading  MOTION TO CONSIDER Ordinance #2024-0001 approving at text amendment for various  changes to the Adairsville Code of Ordinances and the Fee Schedule.  Agenda Item #3  MOTION TO AUTHORIZE Staff to Reduce the Speed Limit on Piedmont to 25 MPH and  add it to the Street Inventory Authorized for Golf Carts.  Agenda Item #4  MOTION TO APPROVE the award of the Contract to Preston Poured Walls for Sidewalks from Summer Street to Oak Street in the amount of $25,486. and authorize the City  Manager to enter into the Agreement.  Agenda Item #5  A. MOTION TO APPROVE the nomination of Michael Robson to the Unified Zoning Board for a term ending on March 20, 2027, as nominated by Mayor Kenneth B. MOTION TO APPROVE the reappointed of James Pullium to the Unified Zoning Board for a term ending on March 20, 2027, as nominated by Councimember C. MOTION TO APPROVE the reappointment of Carol Robson to the Downtown Development Authority for a term ending December 14, 2027, as nominated by D. Agenda Item # 8: 2nd Reading  MOTION TO CONSIDER Ordinance #2024-CD-02 accepting the Unified Zoning Board's recommendation of approval with conditions for a special use permit to allow for a truck stop at  7746 Highway 140, Parcel A003-0001-018.  Mayor Pro Tem Castro made motion to adjourn.
