Chief Mike Jones gave a monthly update to the City Council  City Manager Pam Madison gave a monthly update to the City Council. Agenda Item #3  MOTION TO CONSIDER Ordinance #2024-CD-03 accepting the Unified Zoning Board's recommendation of approval with conditions for a special use permit to allow for a massage spa  MOTION TO APPROVE ntergovernmental Agreement with the City of Cartersville for  Street Sweeping Services on 41 and 140.  Agenda Item #4  MOTION TO APPROVE the recommendation of the Adairsville Downtown Development Authority to award the Contract for the Peacock Junction Mural to Squared Away Signs in an amount not to exceed $26,000 and authorize the City Manager to execute the  Agreement.
