I CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND  SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING TUESDAY,APRIL4, 2017 MEETING MINUTES  1. CALLTO ORDER  Deputy Mayor Peltier called the special City Council meeting to order at 6:00 PMin Council Chambers. Mayor Tollefson, Deputy Mayor Peltier, and Councimembers Blossom, Medina, Scott, and Roth were  present. Councilmember Townsend was absent and excused.  2. EXECUTIVE SESSION  Council adjourned to the Planning Conference Room to discuss with legal counsel matters relating to litigation or potential litigation to which the city, the governing body, ora member acting in an official capacity is, oris is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal ori financial consequence to the agency pursuant to RCW42.30.11000.  3.
