Apublic hearing will be held at the' Turin Town Hall on May 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at which time any persons wishing to be heard on the budget may appear. The Town will adopt the FY 2024 budget on June 17,  2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Turin Town Hall. Call to order Council Meeting Councilman Stapp Approval of Minutes April 15, 2024  Motion made by Councilman Sprouse to approve minutes asi is, 2nd by Councilman Bolden.  Motion carried.  Unfinished BUSINESS  Second reading of Ordinance to Rezone Property at 2441 Turin Road from! Single Family (R-40) to Motion made by Councilman Sprouse to approve, 2nd by Councilman Bolden. ADMINISTRATIVE UPDATE Enforcement Officer COMMITTEE UPDATE N/A PLANNING Commission N/A WATER SYSTEM UPDATE N/A PUBLIC COMMENTS  Table to June's meeting  Karen Brewer at 112 Noble View Dr, wanted to respectfully ask that the Town make a street out of the strip of asphalt int front of her home. She wanted a street to conform with the subdivision with sidewalks and gutters. The asphalt strip that is there now is crumbling away and is not big enough. Karen spoke to someone at Coweta County and was told that the Town of Turin was to John Piazza at 112 Noble View Dr, wanted to have on record that he brought attention to all the things that needs to be fixed in Graceton Farms's subdivision. The Town made the decision the  maintain the private drive.  recall the bond and nothing has been addressed.  COUNCIL COMMENTS Clarence Bolden o N/A Walter Sprouse Farm's.
