Public Comment Jon Quitslund spoke in favor oft the proposed changes. Patti Dusbabek spoke against development. Tery Samilson spoke against the proposed noxious weed provisions. Brandon Fouts spoke in favor ofs simple regulations. Mike Juneau commented on the application oft the proposed changes in thei field. 6. NEW BUSINESS A. 2018 Budget Modifications Presentation, AB 17-181 = Finance 9:14 PM Finance Director Schroer introduced the agenda topic. Budget Manager Dunscombe provided a presentation on the proposed 2018 Budget modifications. Council requested information on the impact of B. Ordinance No. 2017-25 Relating to Property Tax Levy for Collection in 2018, AB 17-182- the Police/Court Facility on future budgets. Finance 9:58 PM Finance Director Schroer introduced the ordinance. MOTION:Imove: that the City Council schedule a public hearing for November 7,2017, on Ordinance No. 2017-25. Scott/Tollefson: The motion carried unanimously, 7-0. C.2 2018 Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) Update Presentation, AB 17-183 - Public Works Public' Works Director! Loveless introduced the agenda item.
