COMIPREHENSIVE PLAN OPDATE- - REVIEW AND STATUS, AB 15-018  Planning) Director Christensen, Senior Planner Sutton and] Mr. Joe Tovar provided ai review and update oft the comprehensive plan which Planning Director Christensen described as user friendly. There are 22 code amendments and a SEPA/GMA Thel Planning Commission willl hold two open houses and public hearings on the proposal in September. The first oftwo identical events will occur on Saturday, September 17, and willi include an Open House from 10:00a a.m. to 11:30 a.m. anda a Public Hearing from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The second eventi is scheduled for Thursday, September 22, with an Open House from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. followed by al Public Hearing from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Both meetings willl be held ini the Council Chamber at City Hall. The two Open Houses are intended to givet the public an opportunity tol learn about thej proposed changes. During thel Public Hearings thel Planning Commission will accept comment on the draft plan.  integrated approach.
