CALLTO ORDER  Mayor Tollefson called the special City Council meeting to order at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers. Mayor Tollefson, Deputy Mayor Blossom, and Counciimembers Scott, Roth, Medina and Peltier were present. Councilmember Townsend joined the meeting in the Planning Conference Room.  2. EXECUTIVE SESSION  Council adjourned to the Planning Conference Room to discuss with legal counsel matters relating to (I) litigation or potential litigation to which the city, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency pursuant to RCW4230.10CD0. and (2) the selection ofas site ort the acquisition ofr real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood ofi increased price pursuant to RCW4230.110()0).  3.
