City of Woodland  Special Called Meeting Minutes  August 21, 2023  Mayor. James Carter called to order the special called meeting oft the Woodland City Council at  6:001 PM on August 21,2023, at the Woodland City Hall.  II. Roll call  The following persons were: in attendance: Mayor. James Carter, Mayor Pro Tem Ebonye Holt, Councilman T.L. Carter, Councilwoman Allison Owens, Councilman John Haralson, Councilman Jeffery Mitchell, City Clerk Allissa Gresham and Municipal Clerk Cynthia Powell. Mayor Pro Tem Holt made ai motion to approve the agenda. Councilman Carter seconded. All  III. Approval of agenda.  approved. Motion carried. IV. Public Hearing  Mayor Carter called the Public Hearing to order at 6:101 PM to discuss the FY 2023 Proposed City of Woodland Millage Rate. Special Called Meeting Session resumed at 6:151 PM. Councilman Mitchell made a motion to adjourn. Councilwoman Owens seconded. All  V. Adjournment  approved. Motion carried.  Mayor. James Carter adjourned the meeting at 6:161 PM.
