City of Woodland December 11, 2023  Public Hearing FY 2024 Proposed Budget Minutes  . Call to order  Mayor. James Carter called to order the Public Hearing to discuss the FY: 2024 Proposed Budget fort the City of Woodland at 6:161 PM on December 11,2023, at the Woodland City Hall.  II. Roll call  The following persons were in attendance: Mayor. James Carter, Councilman T.L. Carter, Councilwoman Allison Owens, Councilman John Haralson, Councilman Jeffery Mitchell, City Clerk Allissa Gresham, and City Attorney Gary Byrd. Mayorl Pro Tem Ebonye Holt was absent. Attorney Byrd stated nobody had signed up to speak at this time. The Council, the Mayor, and Councilwoman Owens made ai motion to close the FY: 2024 Proposed Budget Hearing and return to regular session. Councilman Carter seconded. All approved. Motion carried.  III. Budget Hearing  Attorney Byrd reviewed the FY 2024 Proposed Budget.  Regular session resumed at 6:191 PM  Minutes submitted by:  Allissa Gresham City Clerk  Approval Date
