Demi Allen spoke about the impact oft the survey on the work oft the Infrastructure Ballot Survey, AB 18-073 = Mayor Medina 7:06 PM Measure Task Force. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS A. Council Vacancy Process [Added] 8:09 PM Mayor Medina outlined his proposed modifications to the Council vacancy process. Council concurred with his proposal. 1 B. Sound to Olympics Trail Phase 3, Pedestrian Bridge Discussion, AB 17-077-F Public Works 8:16 PM Public' Works Director Loveless provided a presentation on the pedestrian bridge. MOTION: I propose to terminate design for Phase 3, the STO pedestrian bridge, and direct City Manager to come back to Council in 30 days with alternate proposals for community consideration and discussion. Tirman/Deets: Following discussion, the motion carried 4-2 with Mayor Medina and Deputy Mayor Council discussed the motion. Mayor Medina called the question, and Councilmember Tirman seconded. Council discussed the Visconsi extension oft the Sound to Olympics trail and asked to have it placed on an C. Update on Latimore Development Review Process Improvement Project, AB 17-090- Planning Director Christensen introduced the agenda item.
