AGENDA CITY OF SENOIA HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION 505 HOWARD ROAD August 12, 2024 6:001 PM MINUTES  Historic Preservation Commission  Members in attendance: Commissioners Ray Adams, Tim Harrison, Brent Anderson  OLD BUSINESS  Commissioner. Anderson made a motion to approve. meeting minutes dated. June 10, 2024. The motion  was 2nd by Commissioner Harrison, motion carried 3-0.  NEW BUSINESS  There was no one present for 3 Bridge Street, therefore Commissioner Adams rearranged the Agenda to  allow the applicant for 104 Horseshoe Bend to present. 104 Horseshoe Bend - New Residential Construction  Applicant, Theresa Smith and builder, Pete Mitchell were present. Constructioni materials discussed were the clad exterior windows, 2" inset frame, pvc, hardie and brick siding. Front porch columns will be wrapped with pvc. Roof material will be Brava slate shingles with a 100 year warranty. Gutters were discussed, round down spouts are what commission would like to see. Ogee gutters are also common Commissioner Anderson made a motion to approve construction drawings as presented with comments made by the commission, motion 2nd by Commissioner Harrison, motion carried 3-0.  and preferred.  3Bridge Street = New Residential Construction  Neither applicant nor builder were present. Motion to table application until the next HPC meeting (September 9, 2024) by Commissioner Anderson, 2nd by Commissioner Harrison, motion carried 3-0.  ANNOUNCEMENTS None ADJOURN 3-0.
