CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND  SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING TUESDAY, MAY 23, 2017 MEETING MINUTES  1. CALLTO ORDER - 6:30 PM  Mayor Tollefson called the special City Council meeting to order at 6:30 PM in Council Chambers. Mayor Tollefson, Deputy Mayor Peltier, and Councilmembers Blossom, Medina, Scott, Roth, and Townsend  were present.  2. EXECUTIVE SESSION  Council adjourned to the Planning Conference Room to discuss with legal counsel matters pursuant to RCW4230.11000) to consider the selection ofa site or the acquisition ofr real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause al likelihood ofi increased price.  3. ADOURNMENT Council meeting.  Council returned from Executive Session at 6:52 PM, and Mayor Tollefson adjourned the special City  -  MWy  Churzen Christine Brown, CityClerk
