Judson Bryant stated that all necessary forms and documents along with the payments have been submitted to EPD. Mr. Nadji stated that he contacted Mr. Bryant fori information on the City Hall Multi-Complex. Mr. Nadji stated that the only document he received was an incomplete set ofs site plans that showed a gravel parking lot. Mr. Bryant returned and apologized that all documents were not submitted to LCPC. Mr. Bryant will be setting up meeting with the EDT Architects, LCPC Engineer and the Mayor to review the documents. Butler Street Proposal on Repairs- Mayor Pro-Tem Washington and Mr. Abe Nadji met with Mr. Jim Woods, the property owner. Mr. Woods stated that he repaired Butler Street previously and he decline to contribute on the proposed repairs. Mr. Nadji stated that it would be in the best interest of the city to repair the areas that were included in the proposal from Coastal Sites in the amount of $4500 on the roadway and at the edge oft the pavement.
